Q1: What's the upgrade policy of your products?
A1: Two year free upgrade to both minor and major new releases of
the same product.
Q2: How do I order your product? Is the ordering
process secure?

it will guide you to a secure online order form. The ordering process
is SECURE and FAST.
Q3: May I make
a copy for a friend?
A3: You can give trial copies to your friends, however you
may NOT share your license code with your friends!
Q4: I can't register with the code you sent
to us, please help!
A4: Please make sure to copy & paste the code when you register.
If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our technical
support team at support@y0ys.com.
Please don't forget to include your order ID and the registration
code when you write to us.
Q5: I have purchased your product some days
ago but found that the registration code can't be used in a new
version. Please advise!
A5: Please first go to the "What's New" page to see if
we have changed registration code in the version you have installed.
If it has been changed please contact our sales team to request
a new code for free if you are in free upgrade period. We will send
it to you as soon as possible after receiving your request. If your
free upgrade period has expired, you should buy a upgrade package.
Important Note:
1. Please include your order ID and the product ID in your request
email.
2. We will only send the new registration code to the email box
which you have used to order this product. |
