Q1: What's your product upgrade policy?
A1: You'll receive a two year free upgrade of all new minor and major releases for your product.
Q2: How do I order your product? Is the ordering process secure?
A2: To order, please visit our online order page at: http://www.y0ys.com/buynow.htm. This will guide you to a secure online order form and an ordering process which is both SECURE and FAST.
Q3: Can I make a copy of my product for a friend?
A3: You can give trial copies to your friends, but you may NOT share your license code with them!
Q4: I can't register with the code you sent me!
A4: Please be sure to copy and paste the code exactly when you register. If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team at support@y0ys.com - including your Order ID and Registration Code with your message.
Q5: I've purchased your product, but my registration code won't work in a new version!
A5: Please go to the 'What's New' page to see if we've changed our registration codes in the version you've installed. If they have been changed, please contact our Sales Team to request a new code for free if you're still within the free upgrade period, and they'll get one out to you as soon as possible. If you're outside the free upgrade period, you'll need to buy an upgrade package.
